When Hank passed away, my heart was broken. He was not only the star of the television series, Hunting With Hank on OLN/VERSUS, but he was my hunting companion and a beloved member of our household. That was August 2nd, 2004. Since that day, I’ve kept his ashes in a sealed box in my office, because I couldn’t bring myself to part with him until I had found the perfect way to celebrate his life. I’ve found that with The Departing Shot. This wonderful service will give me a chance to spread Hank’s ashes over many of the grounds where he and I once hunted over six seasons and 67 episodes.
