Return Policy
In the rare case of a return, you may within 30 days of your order, return any unopened products. If we have sent you the wrong DVD, or the DVD is defective , we will gladly replace it. Please contact us ASAP at returns@hwhproductions.com or call 1-503-632-4633 to arrange for return or replacement.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your account will be charged at the time of your order and billing statement will say
Mirage Productions.

Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Please be sure to indicate which shipping method you prefer at the time of order. Your order will be filled within 2-3 business days.

Orders
All orders can to be shipped to U.S. destinations only.
*If you would like to have your order shipped outside of the U.S., please contact us by email to make the necessary shipping arrangements.
